PF 360 Capture New Updates – September 2024

New Updates:

11057: The “Lock & Steal Lock” option has been added to the Profile Configuration page. It helps profile administrators determine if someone is already working on it and allows them to steal or take over the lock.

When one profile admin edits the page, it will be locked with their name. If another admin tries to access it, they will be notified with the following message. This is to prevent overlapping or lost changes. An admin has the ability to Steal the Lock from another admin, but the changes made by the first admin will not be reflected unless saved.

11081: OceanMD Integration: CapturePoint now has the ability to receive eReferrals from OceanMD.

The eReferral information has been populated in the PF 360 Capture indexing page as shown in the image below.

11303: A notification message has been added to the Partner Settings section’s “Upload Partner Logo” functionality to inform users that only PNG or JPEG formats are supported for the logo upload.

11341: The “Steal Lock” access has been extended to profile admins on the profile configuration page. Previously, only the system admin was able to steal the lock. Enabling the “Allow Lock Stealing” option will grant profile admins access to the Steal Lock feature.

11454: PF 360 Capture now enforces complex password requirements for built-in accounts when resetting the password. It doesn’t affect existing passwords.

11501: The PF360 Capture system now supports the .log extension for SFTP metadata intake. To enable this, the “Intake Only Metadata File” option needs to be enabled, and the “Metadata File Extension” should be selected from the drop-down list in the “SFTP Intake Configuration” section of the profile settings.

11502: A new feature is added to pass custom data to the infobox buttons.

10739: The Failure Alert section now has a new “Description” field with action instructions for failure alerts. The details in the description field will be displayed in the email description.

Bug Fixes:

11440: The issue with the Document Lock feature that was inconsistent has been fixed.

11333: A fix has been provided for the extra scroll bars at the bottom of the indexing page UI, and no additional scroll bars are displayed even if the page is zoomed in.

11461: The “Dismiss All” notification section that was blocking the “Steal Lock” button of the indexing form has been fixed. Users can now see the “Steal Lock” option.
