10624: Compliance with e-Invoicing regulations.
Electronic Invoicing involves the exchange of invoice documents between suppliers and buyers in an integrated electronic format. An e-invoice is created, sent, received, and archived electronically, streamlining invoice management and simplifying the interaction of invoices with compliance documents.
PF 360 Capture now supports the four-corner model of e-invoicing. The system ingests the PDF and the embedded XML file, extracting data from the PDF invoice and matching it against the XML data. Any discrepancies are highlighted, allowing users to update the information. Once the data is exported to the customer system, PF Capture annotates the reference number sent back from the system. For XML files without a corresponding PDF, PF Capture generates a PDF and annotates it with the reference number.
11007: Enhanced Reporting Framework with better error handling and easy configuration.
11063: Utilize a classification system to assign GL codes automatically.
The newly built classification system in PF360 Cpaure now automatically assigns GL codes to invoices based on past assignments.
11700: Enhanced comment handling in the grid view
When a comment contains many characters, the entire comment will be displayed when the user hovers the mouse over it in the grid.
11719: The reporting module was introduced with a Group-level permission level that allows reports to be restricted to selected user groups of the profile.
11769: Added the ability to create Ultra-wide charts in the dashboard
The dashboard charts are now smaller and narrower in size. A new option has been added to the chat configuration for wider charts.
11779: Added additional logging to the document preparation interface.
The document history now shows information about document preparation activities, such as document splitting, merging, and page rearrangements.
11793: Added the capability to play a sound alert when a document is added to a queue. The blue icon indicates that a new document has arrived, and a notification bell will play upon receiving it in the profile.
11865: Added folder access error warnings to users when using the SFTP test connection feature.
11866: Added Success/failure messages when merging documents in the indexing page
11880 & 11645: Implemented additional features for fillable PDF forms within PF 360 Capture UI.
A fillable PDF can be uploaded to a profile, attached to documents, and edited on the indexing page.
11890: Enabled searchable dropdowns in the File intake pop-up.
When a document is uploaded to a profile, the user can select the document type from a searchable dropdown menu.
