Inbound Fax: How to check the Inbound Fax Documents in the PF 360 Capture system

All the given fax lines will be configured in the CloudFax profile. The fax line details are retrieved from the FaxNotificationMapping.csv lookup file the customer will provide. The lookup file contains the below information.

    • Fax Number
    • Notification Email addresses
    • CPGroupID
    • Department Name

As a user faxes a Document to a fax number, the CapturePoint system receives the Document through Concord Fax and processes the Document in CapturePoint.

The Document will be assigned to a department and forwarded to a distribution email address as a PDF file based on the lookup information.

Note: The user must contact the CapturePoint technical team to add new fax lines.

The Inbound Fax Documents are listed under the Inbox queue in CloudFax User Dashboard. The retention period for the Documents is 90 days. Below are the steps to view the Inbound Fax Documents.

Step 1.    Click on Inbox Tile

Step 2.    Click open a Document from the list.

The Document will be opened on the Indexing page. The user will be able to see all the fax information.

No user action is required at this stage.
