PF 360 Capture New Updates – August 2025

New Updates:

1177: The ability to attach blank forms when faxing out has been added.  The template has to be marked as “Set as Form” so that it appears in the “Blank Form” dropdown list of the Fax Out form. This has to be configured in the “Document Templates” menu by the development team.

1190: A “Side by Side” attachment view option is added to the indexing form. Users can now view the document alongside its attachments. When multiple attachments are present, the system will display the current document on the screen. This is a default option, no configuration is needed.

1200: A provision has been added to validate lookup data before uploading or importing it. This helps in applying rules to the data being imported, such as the range of values, like 1-1000.

1242: The License Info menu has been added to the settings context menu, and the profile subscription details will be displayed on the screen. The admin tools section of the profile needs to be updated with all the information for that.

1246: The option to rename an existing profile has been added. Once the Profile Display Name is renamed in the configuration settings, the profile display name in all user interfaces will be updated.

1250: Added an ability for users to set a default fax cover sheet in the UI. When multiple fax cover sheet templates are added to the profile, the user can choose a default fax cover sheet for outgoing faxes.

1257: Implemented an AI agent for natural language search in the Global search window of the task screen. Below are some sample search values.

This option has to be enabled in the “Other Profile Settings” menu of the profile configuration page.

1962: Added an option in profile config to use the Entra org structure service.

1968: Improved user experience by setting default sort columns in the column configuration settings. Once the column order is set, all users logging into their profiles will be able to see the default column order.

2129:  Box B2B Storage Integration has been added to the UniCloudAccess Intake Configuration for file import and export.

2230: Added an option to hide or unhide the indexing forms in the indexing document view screen. It is a default option and helpful for mobile and tablet users.

 

Bug Fixes:

1944: Addressed the issue that required cache clearance following the removal of a user from a group, as the modification did not immediately reflect in the system.

2069: Addressed the long loading times for the admin menu, particularly when changes are made in the Dashboard, document type, workflow, and columns menu.

2343: Resolved the issue with the cache not clearing when converting a user account to an admin account for user management.

2405: Resolved the problem of deleting selected pages in the Document Preparation screen without requiring confirmation. Now, when the user tries to delete a document, it will ask for confirmation.

2495: Addressed the issue where the Show Lookup Count is not reflected on the UI
