New Updates:

11981: Added an ability for users to reorganize the document line-items, to insert a new row, and to multi-select the line items to perform deletion options.

12020: Indexing merge panel enhancements to show both the parent document and the document to be merged in one panel.

12096: The Reports page now has an option for customized error messages, which must be configured in the Report configuration page.

12097: Introduced an option to dynamically populate a dropdown list from a lookup on the Reports page, which must be configured in the Report configuration page.

12137: The Global Filter now has the option to enable searchable dropdowns. This feature must be configured in the Global Filter settings of the profile configuration.

12253: Enabled simultaneous viewing of all comment types in the indexing form by selecting View All Comment Types from the list. This feature is available in all profiles with a comment section.

12270: An option to include field data (e.g., Created Date) on the document preparation screen.

This option is not enabled by default for all profiles; it must be activated within the “Other Profile Settings” section of the profile configuration if needed. The steps are outlined below. 

Select a field from the “Document Preparation Field Data” list and click on “Save Changes” to Save the configuration.

12315: An option to set a default fax coversheet through the workflow has been added. Currently, only developers can configure the default coversheet in the script. In the future, we plan to enable this feature in the configuration UI to make it more accessible.

12322: The report has been enhanced to display the report parameters section at the top during report generation, allowing users to change parameter values without returning to the menu. This is a default option applicable to all profiles.

12325: Added an option to include the profile name and other parameters in the downloaded report file name. This feature needs to be configured on the report page.

12432: Improved the Document Preparation interface for low-resolution windows; since the button text was overflowing onto multiple lines at lower resolutions, it is now hidden but shown in the tooltip.

Fixes:

12207: The issue of the the user scrolling past the regular boundary when using a tablet or Safari has been fixed.

12340: When the document has more than 100 pages, the total number of pages was previously hidden because the space in the pages field was insufficient to display the number. This issue has now been resolved, and users can now see both the current page number and the total page count.

12376: The user dropdown displayed “Nothing Selected” when the browser zoom was reduced. This has now been fixed, and the username will be shown even when the screen is zoomed out.

12471: The issue of thumbnails not displaying when changing document types on the indexing page has been fixed.
