PF 360 Capture New Updates – October 2024
New Updates:
10034: The PF360 Capture has a new feature to support PGP Encryption on SFTP Export. This has to be configured at the profile level.
11040: A new feature has been implemented at the framework level to facilitate the download of document deletion logs. Prior to deleting a profile, all associated documents will be bulk deleted. The system will log the bulk deletion of documents, allowing administrators to generate an evidence report of the bulk document deletion from the Capturepoint portal.
11063: PF360 Capture now uses the classification system to assign GL codes automatically. When a GL is manually assigned to a vendor, the system will learn and assign the same GL the next time the same vendor document is received.
11164: The PF360 Capture AP profiles can now be configured to validate, update, and delete the Vendor UniqueID values on the indexing screen.
A button can be added to the Indexing Form to load the Vendor Unique ID values on the Indexing page. This will allow the user to update the values and save them.
The editable grid feature enables users to search for values, delete the rows and download the lookup value in CSV format. This functionality is not enabled by default; the user profile needs to be configured to allow manipulation of the vendor’s unique ID data.
11176: A new feature has been implemented at the framework level to facilitate downloading the profile deletion logs.
11294: The “Lock & Steal Lock” option has been added to the Report Configuration page. It helps profile administrators determine if someone is already working on the lock and allows them to steal or take over it.
When one profile admin edits the page, it will be locked with their name. If another admin tries to access it, they will be notified with the following message. This is to prevent overlapping or lost changes. An admin can Steal the Lock from another admin, but the changes made by the first admin will not be reflected unless saved.
11295: The profile’s confidence level can now be adjusted, and there is a field-level indicator when the user updates the field value.
Enabling the “Only Show Low Confidence Indicators” option displays only indicators with low confidence levels; it does not show any high or unknown confidence levels.
Here are the confidence indicators:
– **Green**: High confidence
– **Yellow**: Medium confidence
– **Red**: Low confidence
– **Gray**: Unknown confidence level
– A green person icon with a checkmark symbolizes a user-updated value.
11297: The PF 360 Capture has implemented a new feature for the System-suggested values in the indexing form field. Users will be able to select the suggested values if needed.
11304: For outbound faxes, the system will pre-fill the fields in HTML templates using the values entered in the “Send Fax” pop-up.
11305: The Fax Outbound configuration section now includes an option to redirect users to the dashboard after they send a fax.
11487: OceanMD Integration. CapturePoint can now send status updates back to OceanMD and export eReferrals to OceanMD.
11513: The Multifactor Authentication (MFA) is incorporated into PF 360 Capture.
Use an authenticator app to scan the QR code from the settings page and complete the configuration.
Once the set-up is finished, you can use the TOTP to log in to the PF360 Capture application.
11521: On an event change, the “Minimize” option is added to the LineItems and PO/GR items grid.
In the sample below, changing the HST value displays the line-item grid, while altering another field minimizes it.
The line-item grid minimizes when another field is changed.
11610: The support for .eml file extensions has been added to the PF 360 System.
11622: The Global search performance has been optimized.
11663: Added the ability to download a temporary document from a button script in the indexing UI.
