PF 360 Cloud Fax New Updates – April 2025

New Updates:

12324: “Classification Section” is added. This enhancement allows users to add classification keywords to documents, classify them, and send them to a different workflow.

12370: Functionality to move aged fax items (older than 30 days) to the “Archived” tile has been added. Archived items will be deleted after 90 days.

12424: Distinct groups and workflows for admins and users. The dashboard will have different titles for users and admins. Users will only be able to access documents related to them.

12458: Default reports are added to the PF 360 Cloud Fax.

12565: The “Send to Admin” option is added, which allows users to send the fax item back to the admin for review.
