New Updates:
10010: A new section is added to upload the Profile-Specific Documents to the profile.
Administrative users can upload profile-specific documents, such as user guides, to be displayed on the dashboard for end-users to access.
The uploaded documents will be shown on the user dashboard.
10034: CP now supports PGP-encrypted file intakes and exports.
10065: Users can now view Word documents (.doc & .docx) on the indexing page using the Pinning feature as an addition to the previously available PDF documents.
10066: A New Information Form feature is added to add field-based custom information
The indexing form fields can now be associated with an information form that contains content, links, and buttons. The content inside the Information form can be highlighted.
10166: A workflow has been added to the lookup configuration to validate manually uploaded or SFTP Lookup files.
The system will now display the expected lookup file columns and the order. When a file is uploaded manually with a wrong lookup column name or order, an error message will be displayed while uploading the file, and the file will not be accepted. However, when the wrong lookup file is uploaded through an SFTP, the error message will be displayed in the logs.
The referece image below shows the expected Lookup columns and order information are in the lookup configuration section.

The system displays an error message when an incorrect lookup is uploaded to the SFTP folder, resulting in the lookup not being ingested.
10182: An Option added to Disable/Enable SharePoint Intake. A checkbox is available to disable SFTP intake. When checked, the SFTP Document Intake will stop until an admin user enables it again.
10212: Impose document limit per cycle for all Intake Channels (SFTP, etc.). The built-in SFTP limiter now restricts CP’s document intake to 75 per cycle. Any excess documents are picked up in the next cycle, which lasts 3 minutes.
10213: Option to limit File Size via SFTP Intake. The admin user can now set the SFTP file intake size. Files of a larger size will be moved to the SFTP failed subfolder.
10274: A new feature allowing coversheet permission has been added. The admin user can now grant Coversheet Permission to user groups, determining access to the cover sheet template.
10278: A new feature has been added to send a cover sheet without an attachment. Users can choose to Enable/ Disable fax back only the coversheet without the original document attached to it.
10283: The Row-Level Highlighting feature has been added to highlight the rows in the grid based on a specific value.
Improved visibility for end users by adding the ability to highlight rows in the grid based on status, vendor or any other value, which can be used to prioritize documents.
10288: A new functionality has been introduced to merge two documents of the same profile using the record ID.
10290: A new feature has been added for administrator users, which enables them to set a global filter. This filter allows all users to view specific documents across all tiles and queues on their dashboard. The filter can be customized to apply to metadata fields such as Vendor ID, document status, Dates, etc.
The filters in the Global Filter section are displayed on the user dashboard.
10384: A new feature added to save user-specific filters in the tasks grid
A new functionality was added to the filter system. The user can select multiple filtering options and save them with additional sorting options. The user can apply the filters on the queue level, and each filter is assigned to the user and the queue on which it is applied.
Steps to apply a filter to multiple columns are explained below. The vendor’s name and invoice date columns are chosen in the example below.
- Apply filer on Vendor Name
- Apply filer on Invoice Date
- Click on the three horizontal dots at the right corner of the grid to open the Grid options window.
- In the Grid Options Select the column and the sort direction.
- Provide a meaningful name to the Filter and click Save Filter button and then the Save Settings button.
Delete Saved Filter: There is an option to delete saved filters by selecting a filter and click Delete button and then click Save Settings button.
The user can select the saved filters from the Saved Filters dropdown list in the Grid header.
10385: Icon library upgrade. This backend upgrade allows us to utilize a broader range of icons in the UI.
10468: The Admin Tools screen has been updated wtih new fields to display subscription and renewal information to the admin user.
10523: Tracking has been added for the file size of all intake documents in both the inline and downloaded page count reports.
The inline report will display the total document size.
The downloaded CSV Intake Document Report will show individual document sizes.
10529: Provision added to auto-detect Graph API client secret expiration date. CP can now automatically detect the expiration date of the Graph API client secret using the given credentials.
10539: Added a warning message when the user tries to leave the page while uploading files.
Bug Fixes:
9601: The issue with the OnChange event of a field has been fixed. Previously, it was preventing the Save and Submit actions when triggered while the focus was still on the field.
10198: The issue with Aspose PDF to PNG Converter stretching landscape documents has been resolved. A new function was added that prevents the landscape documents from stretching to fit the indexing page screen.
10465: The problem of the “Disable” icon not being visible in Firefox for Email/SFTP Intake has been resolved.
10480: File Upload Metadata defaults are now used for all uploaded files when bulk uploading instead of only for the first document.
- Upload bulk documents into the system using the direct upload option.
- Provide the metadata in the prompted window. The metadata will be applied to all uploaded documents.
10508: Performance optimization was added to improve the navigation and loading speed of the user settings page.
10571: The issue of the attachment document being downloaded when the “Book” icon is clicked has been resolved, and now the document opens in a new browser tab.
