PF 360 Capture New Updates – August 2024

New Updates:

9956: A new Upload Business Rule Document option is added to upload the business rule documents associated with the profile. The accepted document formats are doc, docx, pdf, csv, xlsx, and html.

10068: The system can now export and import files from UniCloud Access using DocuShare or OneDrive as an alternative to SFTP.

10814: The Steal Lock option has been added to the User Group Configuration page. It helps profile administrators determine if someone is already working on it and allows them to steal or take over the lock.

10895: The Task page now has a new Merge Documents feature. Users can select multiple documents from the grid and merge them. A profile-level configuration change is required to enable this option.

10940: The Email Intake configuration section now has an optional Duplicate Email Check feature to prevent the same email from being ingested multiple times. This check uses the Unique Email ID of the intake emails and is performed within the duration specified in the Duplicate Check Days field.

11014: A new feature has been added to the profile configuration page to remind developers to save changes before leaving the page.

11037: The user groups can now be granted access to the Logs menu to generate the usage report using Profile Intake Logs section.

This access can be granted using the Modulare Admin Access option of the Permissions menu.

11049: A new provision has been added to the PF 360 Capture profiles, allowing partners to include their Logo. The logo must be square and should not exceed 10MB in size.

The uploaded logo will be displayed in all the pages of the profile alongside the PF 360 Capture standard logo, but it will not replace the existing default logo.

11051: Large file export status verification has been implemented to verify whether the file has been exported correctly.

11056: A separate Dismiss All button is added to the Indexing form notification panel.

11057: A new Lock & Steal Lock feature has been added to the profile configuration page. When one profile admin edits the page, it will be locked with their name. If another admin tries to access it, they will be notified with the following message. This is to prevent overlapping or lost changes. An admin has the ability to Steal the Lock from another admin, but the changes made by the first admin will not be reflected unless saved.

11064: A Log Level Configuration has been implemented for the workflow logs, allowing the admin user to choose which log level configurations are displayed in the document history.

Only the selected log levels will be shown in the document history.

11066: A new Document Preview feature has been added to the grid view, allowing users to preview the first page of a document by hovering over the document name in the grid.

This option can be enabled in the Other Profile Settings menu of the profile configuration page.

11067: A new feature called Extraction Field Preview has been added to the grid view. This feature allows users to preview the extracted location of the value from the document by hovering over the field value.

This option can be enabled in the Other Profile Settings menu of the profile configuration page.

11073: The system will now load the most recent 5000 Audit Log Entries in the Document History UI, however the complete history will be download using the Download button.

On clicking the download button, the Document History will be downloaded to the user’s local system as a CSV file.

11115: The system can now load lookup data from UniCloud Access using DocuShare or OneDrive as an alternative to SFTP.

11123: Implemented a SendFax cooldown option and set a limit on the number of faxes allowed within a specific time frame in outbound faxing .

The system will track each user individually and prevent them from sending another fax for ten seconds. This means that User A’s actions won’t affect User B’s ability to send a fax during the waiting period.

11129: A new feature has been added to prevent profile admin from deleting groups with profiles.

11131: On invalid credentials, the login process is updated to prompt SSO users to use SSO Login option instead of locking their accounts. This option is enabled based on the last login method of the user.

If the user’s last login method was SSO, they will see this message. Otherwise, it will not be shown.

11192: The Profile Subscription Certificate can now be generated and downloaded from the Admin Tools menu by both the license admin and the profile admin.

11210: The PF 360 Capture is now can dynamically create folders in SharePoint on document export.

11227: A new option has been added in the “Other Profile Settings” menu to set a Custom Date Format for date fields in the task list and the document list of the profiles.

11228: New PF 360 Capture Branding. The CapturePoint logo has been replaced with the PF 360 Capture logo in all the pages.

Bug Fixes:

11032: Usernames in the user groups had issues sorting them in ascending or descending order. The issue has been fixed, and the functionality is now working properly.

11076: Performance issue when loading the list of notifications in the “Current Profile” & “Mark all as read” tabs of the Notifications page is fixed.

11157:  The issue with loading HTML templates if the file name was not all lowercase has been fixed. Now all the combinations of lowercase and uppercase are accepted.

11013: The issue of an invalid PDF interrupting the workers has been fixed. Now, the system will not ingest 0-byte PDFs, and even the invalid/corrupted PDF files will be managed without interrupting the workers’ functionality.
