Steps to check if the profile is Disabled or Active.

  1. If a profile is disabled, the user dashboard will display a notification like the following.

A user profile may be disabled for the following reasons:

  • When the subscription ends.
  • When the page count exceeds the agreed limit.
  • Manually disabled by the admin user.
  • When there is no usage for more than three months.

The admin user can re-enable the profile by following the steps below, but it is advisable to first contact the PFI support team.

 

2. Take a backup of the profile.

Before making any changes in the profile settings using the profile configuration page, it is crucial to back up the profile. In case of any problem with the new changes, this file can be used to roll back the profile

3. Click “Settings” from the Dashboard to access the settings page.

2. On the Profile settings page, select the specific profile the user belongs to. This will take you to the Profile Configuration page.

3. Click on Admin Tools in the left menu and scroll to the Disable/ Enable Profile Sections.
