Steps to Generate and Download Activity Logs.

The system admin can export the activity logs, which contain all the actions performed on the profile. However, the profile admin does not have access to the activity logs, as the system password is required to generate the log.

  1. Click “Settings” from the Dashboard to access the settings page.

2. On the Profile settings page, select the specific profile the user belongs to. This will take you to the Profile Configuration page.

3. Click on Admin Tools in the left menu and scroll to the Logs and Downloads section.

4. Click on the “Generate Log” button to request the export of all profile activity logs.

The user will have the option to download all documents in a text file to the local computer.
