Steps to check Failure Alerts.
In case of any system failure, the profile admin will receive alerts using the Failure Alert feature, which will be set by the developer. Please contact the PFI support team to configure any alerts for system failure.
1. Take a backup of the profile.
It is crucial to back up the profile before making any changes in the profile settings using the profile configuration page. In case of any problems with the new changes, this file can be used to roll back the profile.
2. Click “Settings” from the Dashboard to access the settings page.
2. On the Profile settings page, select the specific profile the user belongs to. This will take you to the Profile Configuration page.
3. Click on Admin Tools in the left menu and scroll to the Failure Alert Sections.
