Take Profile Back-up

Steps to Take Profile back-up:

Before making any changes to the profile settings using the profile configuration page, it’s important to back up the profile. This backup can be used to restore the profile in case any issues arise from the changes.

1. Click “Settings” on the Dashboard to access the settings page.

2. On the settings page, scroll down to the My Groups & Profiles section and click on the Profile Name to open the Profile Configuration page.

3. Click on the “Shared With” menu in the left menu.

4. Select “Generate Downloadable Profile”.

5. Click on “Click Here to Download” to download the profile as a JSON file.

Note: Only the Process Fusion technical team can restore the profile from the backup.
