User Group SSO Configurations

CapturePoint supports all Identity Providers that use SAML 2.0. Below, you’ll find the Azure AD configuration explanation.

Group assignments are carried out using Single Sign-On (SSO). First, users will be assigned an Azure ID in the customer environment. Then, the Azure ID will be linked to CapturePoint groups. When a new user is assigned an Azure ID using the Azure attribute value, they will automatically be assigned to the corresponding CapturePoint group. If the system can’t identify the attribute value, the user will be added to the default group.
