Exploring Your Home Dashboard

Once the customer profile is created, and the workflows are configured, the profile is ready for the user to use. After a successful login, the user will view the dashboard, which contains various tiles and document statuses.

This page provides navigation to different sections of the application and shows a systematic view of documents that have been uploaded and processed into the system. Please refer to the image below to understand the various features of the CapturePoint Dashboard.

1. Dashboard: This opens the Dashboard of the user’s profile, displaying all the configured tiles for the profile.

2. Dashboard Tiles: These are containers for documents. Based on their status, documents are sent to the relevant tiles.

3. Documents: This opens the Document page containing all workflow folders.

4. Tasks: This navigates to the list of documents under each stage.

5. Active Profile: This displays the current profile name.

6. Refresh: This refreshes the page to save and reflect recent changes. This allows you to see the recently added documents in the tiles and the tile count increase. However, CapturePoint performs auto-refresh periodically.

7. User Details: This displays the current user details.

8. Recent Documents: This section lists the documents uploaded recently.

9. Sign-Out: This helps to log out of the system.

10. Help: This launches the CapturePoint Help Knowledge Center with various user guides.
