What are the Various Notifications triggered in AP Workflow?

AP Review Notification

When a document is in the AP clerk’s queue for review, the AP clerk will receive an email notification in his mail.

Approver Notifications

• When a document is in the Arrover’s queue for approval, the Approver will receive an email notification in his mail.
• Once a day, CapturePoint Cloud diligently sends an approver a Batch Invoice notification. This notification is a friendly reminder that one or more Invoices are patiently waiting for approval.
• The Approver will also receive a notification if the Invoice is not yet approved after a certain period.
